Service Availability

We ensure that you get to avail the service as per scheduled day and time. The website is liable to arrange for the relevant service provider within decided charges and make sure that the service standards are not compromised. We’ll make sure to arrange for the service provider within the decided budget without making you meet different surveyors.

Arrival Time

Please note that decided service time is subject to arrival of teams. This means in case of high volume of traffic, the service may get delayed up to 20-30 minutes. But we’ll keep you updated with our team’s status and inform you about any possible delays to avoid any discomfort later in the service.

Payment

Please note that an email notification will be issued to update you about total cost of service that you book either on call, through chat or by the email. You’re requested to clear the pending amount on same day after the service is completed. We offer different payment options to accommodate our customers that includes but not limited to cash, cheque or debit/credit card. You may communicate the desired payment method to our representative present at your place upon the completion of the service. Once you clear the pending amount, you’ll be notified via SMS or by email about our receipt of the payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule the service 24 hours prior to service execution date. You may do so through different options to update our key account managers the reason for cancellation either by call or email. For any service cancellation queries, you may write us on support@ifsgservices.com. It is to bring into your notice that in case of no show by the customer, you will be charged 30% of total service cost to cover the travelling expenses.
